Our Private Services Team provides in-home care ranging from meal preparation, to all aspects of grooming and hygiene, as well as supervision and companionship. Our caregivers also complete light housekeeping and errands like transportation to/from doctor’s offices or to the grocery store. During the assessment we'll create a personalized care plan, schedule and communication binder, which is left the client's home. You'll get answers to all of your home care questions and we'll begin services on the agreed-upon start date.
Private Services refers to everything that is not paid for by a state or federal program. In other words, when someone needs home care and they are not eligible for services through Medicaid OR they need services in addition to other services they receive (like Medicare), they call us. Our customers pay for our services out of pocket and/or through their health insurance or long term care insurance policy. We also provide services for people who were injured at work through workers compensation policies. We are committed to identifying every eligible funding source for you before you pay out-of-pocket.
We keep home care affordable by offering VALUE PACKAGES, no minimum number of hours, and 12 & 24-hour shift rates. Our 12 & 24-hour shift rates save clients $1500+ per week, versus hourly rates. We have a 24-hour Reliability Guarantee: we will not leave a 24-hour live-in client during a staffed shift, except at the client’s request. All 24-hour live-in clients receive a FREE monthly nurse visit for medication set-up.
