Types of Healthcare Professionals
All-Staff Nursing is in the healthcare staffing business and has a range of healthcare professionals, including RN, LPN, CNA, CMT, Medical Assistant, Phlebotomist, OR Tech, Respiratory Therapist, Xray Tech, and other certifications to meet the needs of our client facilities.
Types of Assignments
PRN (As Needed) Shifts: An employee accepts and works available shifts needed by a facility based on date and shift time. The shifts can be for the same day, next day, next week, or next month and can be a single shift, group of shifts on various days, a full week or full month. Shifts are cancellable by the facility and not guaranteed.
Block Schedule: A regular schedule is agreed to in advance by the facility, All-Staff Nursing and the employee for a defined or an open period of time. Shifts are cancellable by the facility and not guaranteed.
Contract: A schedule is agreed to in advance by the facility, All-Staff Nursing, and the employee for an agreed upon number of hours and scheduling requirements (days, shifts, weekend needs) for an agreed upon length of time (usually 8 or 13 weeks). Agreed upon contract hours are usually guaranteed.
Permanent Placement: Hire a worker permanently either initially or as a transition from a temporary assignment to a permanent position. All-Staff Nursing provides initial screening, credentialing, background and reference checks on potential candidates to meet a facility's needs with enough flexibility to fit into a client's interview and hiring process.
