Paying for Care

How do I pay for home care?

At Cooperative Home Care, we work with clients to help make home care affordable.

Medicare-certified home health services
Often physician-ordered care is covered by Medicare. We are certified to provide skilled nursing care, physical, speech and occupational therapy, social worker or home health aide services. Ask about our home health monitoring system, which collects health status information daily to improve outcomes, provide preemptive care and reinforce compliance.

Medicaid in-home services
You may be eligible for state funded long-term care for older adults and people of all ages with disabilities. Call to see if you qualify.

Insurance coverage
We accept long-term care insurance, workers compensation insurance, and other health insurance. Call for a free, no obligation assessment.

Reduced fee programs
We work with JF&CS, a local social service agency, to offer reduced fee programs, or subsidized home care on a sliding scale, depending on financial need. Learn about our Reduced Fee program or call to see if you qualify.

Private services (Self pay)
We keep home care affordable through shift rates and no minimum hours for individuals who pay for care for themselves, family members, or friends when Medicare, Medicaid, or insurance do not cover the total cost of home care needs. Call for a free, no obligation assessment.
