Cooperative Home Care provides in-home health services. The company was established in 1986 and has
significant experience serving the needs of older adults and the needs of individuals of all ages
with disabilities.
Do you need in-home care? Call us for a free in-home or in-hospital assessment. Our services include
skilled nursing, therapies, 12 & 24 hour care, personal care, household assistance, companion care,
errands and appointments. We are Medicare-certified and Medicaid-approved. We assist clients in filing
for insurance reimbursement.
Cooperative Home Care maintains contracts with Medicare and several agencies in the State of Missouri
to provide Medicaid funded in-home services. These include the Department of Health and Senior Services,
the Department of Mental Health, and the Healthy Children and Youth program.
